KL121 Oval Karabiner

The KL121 Oval Karabiner is a standard-size oval carabiner, offering an effective working length of 85mm (3.4”). Unlike many industrial oval carabiners with an offset shape designed to bias loads toward the spine for increased major axis strength, the KL121 prioritizes load centralization, correct orientation, and balanced loading. This makes it ideal for applications where system balance and reliability are critical.

Innovative Captive Pin Design

The KL121 is the first ISC karabiner to feature an optional screw-in/screw-out captive pin. This innovative design allows for quick and easy installation or removal using a standard 2mm Allen/Hex Key. This functionality simplifies the replacement of lanyards and other system components, providing unmatched versatility and efficiency.

The KL121 Oval Karabiner is available in three configurations to suit a range of applications:

• KL121TL1: Aluminum Oval Karabiner, Twistlock, 25kN, Titanium Grey with Gold Barrel.
• KL121SS1: Aluminum Oval Karabiner, Supersafe, 25kN, Titanium Grey with Red Barrel.
• KL121SSP1: Aluminum Oval Karabiner, Supersafe, 25kN, Titanium Grey with Red Barrel, Screw-in/out Captive Pin (supplied fitted).
