Return, and Exchange Policy
At Ready2Rig, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@ready2rig.com so we can promptly resolve the issue. After this 7-day period, we may not be able to accommodate defect-related claims.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the refund process:
- Email us at contact@ready2rig.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Provide the reason for the return along with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued for the item cost, minus shipping charges. Refunds will not be processed for returns without a valid RA#.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange your item for a different product or size, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us at contact@ready2rig.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to an error or defect.
Return Guidelines
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if the following conditions are met:
- The item is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Cut lengths of rope or webbing.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% or more may apply, depending on the manufacturer’s terms or if the item is returned without its original packaging. To avoid this fee, you may opt for store credit or an exchange when eligible.
Additional Notes
- All returns and exchanges are subject to review before approval.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process once approved.
- For exchanges, please allow additional time for processing and shipping.
