Shipping Options
- USPS: For packages weighing less than 10 lbs., we use USPS for affordable and timely delivery.
- UPS & FedEx: For packages over 10 lbs., we compare rates between UPS and FedEx to choose the most cost-effective shipping option.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
- Limitations: Free shipping does not apply to spools of rope or other oversized/heavy items due to weight and size restrictions.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated transit times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Shipping prices are estimates and subject to change. The final shipping cost will be confirmed prior to order shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@ready2rig.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Discounts and Promotions
- Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Only one discount or coupon code can be applied per order.
